Product Analyst - Operations is responsible for identifying and implementing best practices to optimize product operations and drive continuous process improvements.
They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and elevate the overall product experience.
This role is part of the B2B Product team, reporting to the Senior Director Product and Operations.You Will:
Develop and document standardized product operations processes, workflows, and proceduresImplement new tools, systems, or technologies to automate and enhance product operationsAnalyze product usage data and customer feedback to inform process refinementsYou Have:
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex processes and develop streamlined workflowsBasic understanding of product management principles and the product life cycleFamiliarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)1-3 years of experience in a product operations or business process improvement roleA bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field is a plusExcellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal#LI-HybridReasonable accommodation:
