️As an Expert, you will :
Deal in english and french with international customers based in FranceSell energy contracts, internet boxes and home insurance contracts:
you will be responsible for selling our services to a wide range of customers.
Your strength of persuasion and negotiation will be your main assets on a daily basis!Receive calls and support customers:
you will be responsible for receiving calls and answering customer questions, understanding their specific needs and providing them with appropriate solutions.
Manage contracts:
you will also be responsible for terminating contracts and setting up new ones.
Update the CRM.
About you :
You have a perfect level of english & frenchBaccalaureate +2 At least 2 years of experience in a sales position Empathetic, curious, tenacious and persuasive, you are an outstanding salespersonYou are comfortable with computing NIE required and/or valid European passportWhat we offer :
