This company is powered by a vibrant and multicultural team with over 15 nationalities, operating globally with a hub in Barcelona, Spain.They are currently looking for a full remote Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team.About the Role
We're looking for a creative and versatile digital marketing expert to lead impactful lead generation initiatives in close collaboration with the Sales and Onboarding teams.
Step into a role where you can make a tangible impact, working in a dynamic, international environment full of opportunities to grow and innovate.Key ResponsibilitiesTake charge of marketing strategies and execution, with a focus on generating and converting leads across various channels.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Onboarding teams to sharpen customer focus and shape marketing strategies that align with business goals.
Lead end-to-end digital marketing initiatives, including content creation, copywriting, SEO, PPC, data analysis, email campaigns, marketing automation, and brand positioning.
Balance strategic planning and hands-on execution to ensure the success of each marketing project.
Engage directly with customers to enhance communication and add value to their experience.
Dedicate around 20% of your time to developing marketing strategies for a separate product line, expanding your experience and skill set.
What You Bring4-6 years of digital marketing experience, ideally within a SaaS or B2B environment.
Strong project management skills, with a talent for planning, coordinating, and executing multi-faceted marketing projects.
Proven ability to set up and optimize lead conversion funnels, define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive growth initiatives.
Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills, capable of drawing actionable insights from performance metrics.
Proficiency with CRM platforms, particularly Hubspot or similar tools.
Experience in PPC and SEO campaigns.
Exceptional written English and communication skills for both lead and customer engagement.
Additional languages (Spanish, German, Italian) are an advantage.
Knowledge or experience in the travel tech industry is a significant plus.
Flexible, proactive, and hands-on approach to work, with a focus on execution.
EU passport or work permit for the EU.
