And this is where your ride starts.YOUR MISSIONTheCMISpecialistwillberesponsibleforsupportingtheexecutionandanalysisofboth qualitativeandquantitativeresearchtoprovidevaluableinsightsintoconsumersandthe market.TherolewillworkcloselywiththeCommunicationsandInternationalteam, spreadingconsumerknowledgeandensuringkeyconsumerinsightsareaccurateandwell transmitted.Theidealcandidatefeelscomfortableworkinginadynamic,fast-pacedenvironmentand is eager tolearnandgrow.PreviousexperienceinmarketingorCMIishighlydesirable,butnot amust.THE JOURNEYSupport the execution of market research projects (quantitative and qualitative) from design to reporting results, working closely with external partners.Lead Brand Equity Tracking process:
Oversee the end-to-end process, including setup, data delivery, and analysis to monitor brand performance.Self-service research tools:
Design, launch and analyze consumer studies using automated research platforms.Reporting and storytelling:
Develop clear, visually compelling reports and presentations to communicate insights and actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.Budget management:
Monitor and manage the CMI budget.WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDEExperience in data analysis:
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in data analysis, market research or a similar analytical role.Mental agility:
ability to interpret results and present clear recommendations.
From data to recommendations.Familiarity with research vendors and research methodologies.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Analytical mindset, results-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a tech or startup environment.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Individuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
