Are you able to translate data into actionable insights? Identify growth opportunities to increase our user base focusing on traffic, conversion and retention rates and leveraging on levers such as pricing, promotions, events, CRM and other marketing levers etc.
Drive projects end-to-end translating business challenges into insights and actionsIdentify growth opportunities to increase our user base, step change retention rates and maximize profitabilityTake ownership of the reporting of KPIs by creating customized tools and using the available onesEnsure these tools are scalable and up-to-dateAssist your colleagues in gaining access to the right data, and Communicate and simplify concepts to the audience's needsDrive clarity and solve ambiguity using data-driven approachesApply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how our users interact with both our consumer and business products, identify growth opportunities, and execute on projects to drive growth and engagementWHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE2-3 years of work experience on analytical roles leading analysis and turning insights into actionsBachelor's degree in Math, Engineering, Business, Stats or Quantitative fieldSQL proficiency is mandatory / Python is a plusNinja expertise with Excel / Google Sheets is a mustKnowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Looker or QlikviewBusiness acumen and passion for end-to-end project management (from ideation and analysis into implementation).Hands-on attitude is a must.
