Compañía del sector de la construcción, con más de 30 años de antigüedad realizando obras tanto en el sector público como en el privado y reconocida como una de las mejores organizaciones del sector, busca incorporar un/a: Jefe de obra de urbanización / obra civil .
Reportando a su superior, desempeñará las siguientes funciones:
Programación y planificación de obras.
Control de plazos y costes.
Visitas y control de obras.
Certificaciones de obra.
Revisión y aprobación de facturas con proveedores.
Control PRL en obra.
Mantener el más alto nivel de calidad mediante el establecimiento de normas y procedimientos de trabajo durante todas las fases de la obra acorde con las expectativas del cliente.
Requisitos:
Formación imprescindible universitaria como Ingeniero de Caminos/civil, ITOP o similar.
Experiencia demostrable como jefe de obra, mínimo 10 años.
Excelente capacidad de planificación y gestión de proyectos.
Trato correcto con dirección de obra y orientación al cliente.
Se ofrece:
Posición estable en empresa consolidada.
Contrato indefinido.
Vehículo de empresa.
Salario entre 50.000 y 55.000 € b/a.
Jornada completa de lunes a viernes.
