Dirigir el servicio de Restauración de Grup Blasi que cuenta con 8 restaurantes y 7 bares ubicados en CAMPING RESORT SANGULÍ, CAMBRILS PARK RESORT y FUTBOL SALOU SPORTS CENTER, con una operativa y oferta gastronómica variada (restaurante a la carta, bufet, snack bar, take away y otros).
Serás responsable de liderar un equipo talentoso, optimizar operaciones y asegurar que cada detalle contribuya a experiencias inolvidables.
Tus principales responsabilidades serán:
- Liderar la estrategia de restauración del grupo, asegurando que nuestros estándares de calidad y servicio se mantengan y mejoren continuamente.
• Garantizar la viabilidad y rentabilidad del departamento y fomentar iniciativas para mejorarla.
• Coordinar y supervisar los equipos de cocina y sala, impulsando la colaboración y el buen funcionamiento de todas las áreas involucradas en la experiencia gastronómica.
• Supervisar y aprobar la oferta culinaria, trabajando junto a nuestros chefs para crear menús atractivos, coherentes con nuestra identidad y que sigan las últimas tendencias.
• Garantizar la rentabilidad de las operaciones, optimizando recursos, controlando costes y gestionando inventarios de manera eficiente.
• Establecer relaciones con proveedores asegurando que trabajamos con los mejores productos y condiciones del mercado.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa de seguridad e higiene alimentaria, garantizando que todos los procesos se desarrollen bajo los más altos estándares de higiene y calidad.
