Misión: Asesorar a los clientes en Previsión Social Individual con el objetivo de incrementar la cartera asignada y realizar nueva produccion.
Funciones del Puesto:
• Gestión y optimización de la cartera de clientes asignada.
• Captación de nuevos clientes a través la obtención de referencias.
• Seguimiento y análisis de la cartera para optimizar la venta cruzada y alcanzar los objetivos marcados.
• Mantener una adecuada comunicación de la actividad comercial para garantizar una eficiencia en la gestión y un buen trabajo en equipo.
• Gestión de campañas comerciales
Requisitos:
• Formación grado medio
• Excelente atención al cliente (valorable experiencia previa en el sector)
• Habilidades comunicativas, capacidad de escucha, orientación a resultados y proactividad
• Actitud positiva y ganas de crecer profesionalmente
• Manejo de herramientas Microsoft Office
