What you will do in this role
As a Working Team Leader on our team, you will:
Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.
Handle customer and potential customer inquiries and issues with a genuine passion for helping, going above and beyond to provide solutions.
Offer in-depth knowledge of our cycling insurance products and help customers find the perfect fit.
Guide customers through the claims process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
Monitor and report on customer service performance, and any recurring issues that require attention.
Identify and feedback on potential functions that will improve customer service throughout a customer's lifetime.

Are bilingual or proficient in English and German!
Have experience in a Customer Service environment.
Have an exceptionally polite manner - you'll be speaking to people all day from a variety of backgrounds.
Are highly IT literate - you'll be working with a range of internal and external software packages.
Have customer care skills - ability to listen to and understand the customers' needs.
Have leadership skills.
Have working knowledge of CRMs and Tech Support applications.
Have experience working with CS teams in the insurance sector is a plus.
