Nuestro cliente es una compañía industrial que fabrica productos con acero inoxidable, realizando proyectos a medida, especializada en la ejecución de proyectos completos y personalizados en plantas de procesamiento de diferentes sectores.
Empresa ubicada entre el valles occidental y el baix llobregat.
Actualmente con una facturación aproximada a los 18 M€ busca una figura de: Financial Manager una persona con visión que dirija su planificación financiera estratégica y les ayude a alcanzar nuevos retos.
Si eres un experto en contabilidad analítica y control de gestión de proyectos, y tienes una pasión por la innovación, ¡queremos conocerte! Entre tus funciones estarían las siguientes: Dirigir la planificación financiera estratégica de la empresa.
Gestionar la información financiera mediante informes internos y normativos.
Analizar el desempeño financiero y tomar decisiones acertadas para alcanzar nuestras metas.
Supervisar auditorías, impuestos y asuntos fiscales, siendo el enlace con asesores externos.
Desarrollar e implementar políticas contables y procesos financieros eficientes.
Liderar la elaboración del presupuesto y supervisar la nómina.
Evaluar y gestionar el riesgo financiero en nuestras operaciones.
Analizar cotizaciones, márgenes y precios para optimizar decisiones comerciales.
Evaluar inversiones y presentar propuestas concretas a la dirección general.
Que perfil nos gustaría: Experiencia sólida en empresas del sector industrial con proyectos certificados.
Experto en contabilidad analítica y control de gestión de proyectos.
Fluidez en inglés operativo.
Al menos 5 años de experiencia en sectores de la construcción, preferiblemente metálica.
Experiencia en la gestión de créditos, pólizas, líneas de avales y confirming con bancos.
Grado Universitario en Finanzas.
Altas habilidades informáticas y experiencia con ERP.
Proactividad y capacidad de anticipación ante problemas.
Capacidad para aportar ideas innovadoras y mejorar procesos administrativos.
