Offer Description Mission:
Coordinate the squad of work UPC of the projects ERC StG WINC and EDF AVALON.
Lead the enquiry of the band CBA-N3Cat in terms of modelling of the canal, and design of protocols of physical cloak and cloak of link for communications at tall frequencies, both RF and optical, in challenging environments (underwater, in a chip), in the context of the projects ERC StG WINC and EDF AVALON, as well as enquiry related to other projects of the band.
Write articles and possible activities of dissemination related to the projects ERC StG WINC and EDF AVALON.
Participate in the writing of proposals for projects in the notable areas of the band CBA-N3Cat.

Specific Requirements Educational Requirements:
Knowledge of 5G/6G networks.
Experience with drones and small unmanned vehicles.
Professional Experience:
Experience in managing international research projects.
Mentoring of undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students.
Experience in similar functions, specifically in research activities in both academic and industrial settings will be valued.

Additional Information Eligibility criteria:
All candidates who cannot prove the required academic degree will be immediately withdrawn from the selection process.

The maximum score for candidates who meet all eligibility criteria stated in the job offer will be 10 points.
Threshold: 5 points.
The maximum score (10 points) will be distributed as follows:
1 point for required specialty.
2 points for required academic training.
2 points for technical competences.
1 point for organisational competences.
3 points for professional experience.
1 point for any aspect of the candidate's professional profile deemed especially relevant by the Selection committee.
If the selection committee decides to include a personal interview as an additional step in the selection process, only candidates scoring 5 or above for their CV will be retained for the interview step.
The interview will be assessed according to the following criteria:
Threshold: 3 points.
The maximum score will be distributed according to the following criteria:
2 points for adequacy to functional competences of the job.
2 points for adequacy of professional experience.
Eligible candidates will be ranked from highest to lowest score based on these selection criteria.
