What you will do in this role

As an Account Manager on our team, you will:
• Execute and achieve sales quota and targets
• Focus on SMB sales, mainly outbound activities to a set of SMB customers
• Build and maintain a relationship with a set of clients to increase the revenue or growth numbers
• Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales plan
• Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow up and resolution

Concentrix is a great match if you:
• Have a proficient or bilingual level of Italian with an advanced English level
• Have a solid Sales Background (outbound environment)
• Are achievement and goal oriented and motivated and self-starter
• Have strong communication and good computer skills
• Have pipeline management and forecasting experience

It would be a plus if you have
• Familiarity with the healthcare or medical devices sector, including understanding of key market players and compliance requirements (like DPAs)
• Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) related to DPAs, ensuring compliance during client interactions.
