Un/a cocinero/a, apasionado/a, creativo/a, comprometido/a con el trabajo en equipo y dedicado/a, que comparta nuestro entusiasmo por la gastronomía y que desee contribuir al éxito de nuestro fantástico equipo culinario, ocupándote de las elaboraciones en los distintos puntos de venta, garantizando la máxima calidad y profesionalidad en el servicio, teniendo las siguientes responsabilidades: - Elaborar y presentar platos de cocina nacional e internacional, siguiendo las directrices establecidas.
• Asegurar la máxima calidad en la manipulación, conservación y presentación de alimentos.
• Verificar y controlar la calidad de los productos e ingredientes recibidos.
• Cumplir con las normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria.
• Contar con la capacidad para desenvolverte eficientemente en contextos dinámicos, manteniendo la profesionalidad en todo momento.
• Administrar el stock de ingredientes, asegurando su disponibilidad y óptima calidad.
• Colaborar en preparaciones especiales para eventos y actividades organizadas en el Hotel.
• Mantener el área de trabajo y equipos en óptimas condiciones de limpieza y orden.
• Informar a tu responsable directo, de cualquier anomalía detectada en el área de trabajo.
• Cumplir con rigor, la normativa de prevención de riesgos laborales.
