Actualmente, la compañía gestiona 38 hoteles - la mayoría de cuatro estrellas - repartidos por España, Andorra y República Dominicana.

Best Hotels continuará optimizando su profesionalidad en la gestión y el servicio hacia sus clientes con el fin de mejorar su propuesta y convertirse en un referente en el sector hotelero español en cuanto a calidad y buen hacer.
Que precisamos Estamos en la búsqueda de un/a Jefe/a de Mantenimiento para un hotel en Costa Ballena, Chipiona ( Cádiz ), que aporte una sólida experiencia en el mantenimiento de instalaciones hoteleras y en la gestión de equipos.
Buscamos un/a profesional con competencias en:
Electricidad y electrónica.
Fontanería y sistemas de agua.
Control de Legionelosis en toda la instalación.
Sistemas de climatización y refrigeración.
Gestión de piscinas.
Pintura, albañilería y carpintería.
Conocimientos de control de software para gestionar reportes y planes de mantenimiento.
Requisitos :
Planificación y Gestión del Mantenimiento:
Elaborar, implementar y supervisar el plan de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de todas las instalaciones.
Desarrollar cronogramas de trabajo y control de tareas, priorizando la eficiencia en la ejecución de actividades.
Coordinar el aprovisionamiento de materiales y la contratación de servicios externos cuando sea necesario.
Supervisión de Instalaciones y Equipos:
Realizar inspecciones periódicas de equipos, sistemas eléctricos, sistemas de climatización y refrigeración, fontanería y otros elementos clave.
Gestionar el mantenimiento de instalaciones específicas como piscinas, áreas de spa, sistemas de seguridad y emergencia, entre otros.
Coordinación de Servicios Externos:
Supervisar y evaluar el trabajo de proveedores y empresas subcontratadas de mantenimiento.
Asegurar que los servicios de mantenimiento externos cumplen con los estándares de calidad y las normativas vigentes.
Liderazgo y Gestión de Equipo:
Gestionar y formar al equipo de mantenimiento, asignando tareas y promoviendo un ambiente de trabajo seguro y colaborativo.
Fomentar el desarrollo de habilidades técnicas y la formación y capacitación continua del personal.
Control Presupuestario:
Controlar el presupuesto asignado al departamento de mantenimiento, buscando optimizar los recursos para maximizar la eficiencia operativa.
Identificar oportunidades de ahorro sin comprometer la calidad ni la seguridad de las instalaciones.
Reportes e Información a Dirección:
Generar informes periódicos sobre el estado de las instalaciones, las intervenciones realizadas y el desempeño de los proveedores.
Comunicar a Dirección cualquier incidencia relevante y proponer planes de acción para la mejora continua de las instalaciones.
Competencias personales:
Liderazgo, capacidad organizativa, proactividad, orientación a la resolución de problemas, y habilidades de comunicación efectiva.
Orientación a resultados:
Capacidad para tomar decisiones informadas que mejoren la eficiencia del departamento.
Organización y planificación:
Capacidad de gestionar múltiples tareas y priorizar adecuadamente.
Atención a la calidad:
Alta preocupación por el orden y la calidad en todas las áreas de mantenimiento.
Adaptabilidad y flexibilidad:
Disponibilidad para atender incidencias fuera del horario laboral cuando sea necesario.
Se requiere flexibilidad horaria, al ser una posición de jefe de departamento.
