Actualmente estamos seleccionando un/a SUBGOBERNANTE/A para nuestro Hotel de 4* en Barcelona.
¿Cuáles serán tus objetivos?
Organizar y supervisar el servicio de pisos y áreas comunes de nuestro Hotel, en ausencia y/o por delegación del Gobernante/a. Sus áreas de competencia comprenden la creación y administración de servicios de hospedaje, el mantenimiento de las áreas comunes y la atención al cliente en las zonas del Hotel que se encuentran bajo su responsabilidad.
¿Qué funciones realizarás?
• Organizar los recursos necesarios para la prestación del servicio de pisos, encargándose de organizar la limpieza y supervisar el correcto funcionamiento de las instalaciones en las habitaciones y áreas comunes.
• Gestionar el equipo compuesto por camareros de piso, bajo la tutela del/ la Gobernante/a.
• Fijar la estructura del personal de pisos, camareros de pisos y lavandería, para obtener un servicio adecuado y productivo.
• Formar a su equipo en las rutinas de trabajo, enseñando los procedimientos para hacer las camas, para la recogida de la ropa y enseres del cliente y para la limpieza de los aseos y se encarga de la administración de los tiempos de trabajo.
• Supervisar los procesos de limpieza y acondicionamiento de habitaciones y áreas comunes.
• Controlar y mantiene la dotación de lencería, productos de limpieza, equipos y mobiliario necesarios para la prestación del servicio.

¿Que requisitos se piden para la vacante?
• Experiência de 1 o 2 años como subgobernanta en hoteles de categoría similar.
