Because #Greattech, needs #GreatPeople, like youWhat are we looking for?More than 3 years of demonstrable experience in business transformation projects in asset management companies or private banking entities, having participated in business analyst tasks, functional definition and management and execution of transformational projects with high impact on the business and its organizational, operational and technological model.
University Degree:
Business Management, Economics, Engineering or similar.
Postgraduate or master's degree in financial markets and asset management or official certifications are a plus.
(EFA, CFA, CAIA, CIIA) and project management (PMP, Scrum Master…).
Knowledge:
background with extensive knowledge of business and investment and financial products (investment funds, ETFs, pension plans, equities, fixed and mixed income, structured, guaranteed plans.
), financial markets, private banking and/or asset management.
Experience in the management and execution of projects related to strategic or business transformation in financial institutions, covering all parts of the business process (pre-trade, trade, and post-trade), and/or regulatory requirements related to the banking activity in Wealth & Asset management (MiFID, PRIIPS, AIMFD, SFDR).
Desirable experience in initiatives related to business plan elaboration, gap analysis, action plan definition, with a good level of interlocution with the final client.
Good knowledge of the Office package.
Knowledge of Wealth & Asset Management technology platforms such as Aladdin, Alto, SimCorp, Murex etc.
is a plus.
Knowledge of collective investment, as well as the processes of management, administration and liquidation of funds and pension plans, asset valuation and regulations applicable to the securities market is a plus.
Knowledge of alternative investments:
Private Equity, Infrastructure, Venture Capital, Real Estate, is a plus.
Knowledge of sustainable finance, is a plus.
Experience in team management and people development, helping them in their professional growth within the company.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Fluent English, spoken and written (B2/C1).
What will be your role?Leadership and management of projects related to strategic or business transformation in financial institutions, as well as projects related to the advisory and investment business of financial institutions or related to portfolio management and portfolio advisory etc.
