Control Operativo del Operador Logístico:
Cargas/Descargas, Preparación y Actividades en el Almacén, Control del nivel de servicio de Transporte y Rutas.Control Operativo Figura Link entre Customer Service y Operador Logístico.Gestión de la resolución de Incidencias Logísticas y Planes de Acción con el Operador.Seguimiento y Control de los KPI's de Preparación y Transporte con Operador Logístico.Generación del Seguimiento de KPIs de Transportistas Directos de Stada.Negociación Local de precios anuales en colaboración con Departamento de Logística Central (gestión de tenders de transporte).Control de Costes de Operaciones de Almacén, Inbound, Outbound y validación mensual y validación de la facturación de Costes Logísticos.Generación y control del Budget Logístico y seguimiento.Generación de Productividades en Ahorros de Costes en Local.Colaboración y Ejecutor de productividades detectadas a nivel Global en colaboración con el Equipo de Indirect Global Purchasing & Logistics Equipo Central (Proyecto bp2r).Customer Collaboration:
Colaboración con los Principales Mayoristas para la mejora en las actividades de preparación y entrega y adecuación a sus estándares (AECOC encuesta y Planes de Acción).Control del OTIF por cliente y planes de Acción por Cliente (Amazon, Cofares…).Proyecto Almacén:
Cambios de almacenes + Ejecución de actividades de Transfer + control de la validación de interfaces en el caso de nuevos almacenes.Proyectos de Securización de Servicio:
Gestionar el Modelo Operativo con Operador Logístico para la securización de servicio (Contingency Plan).Cálculos de Business Case relacionados con el Área Logistica.Control de la huella de CO2 y proyectos asociados a su reducción y participación en comité ESG.Requisitos:
Ingeniería superior (preferente) o ADE.Mínimo 5 años como Manager logístico en Control de Logísticas Internas o Externas (Operadores externalizados).Nivel fluido de inglés (B2/C1).Nivel alto de Excel y análisis de datos.Orientación al cliente interno y externo.Organización y planificación.Competencias de negociación.Salario competitivo.Esperamos recibir tu solicitud a través de nuestro portal de empleo.
