Empresa de restauració consolidada cerca cap Xef pel seu nou Centre de Producció Gastronòmic a Sant Feliu de Guíxols, Costa Brava.
En aquest centre s'elabora 5a gama gurmet de cuina Mediterrània destinada a botigues gurmets i grans superfícies.
Aproximadament hi ha entre 15-20 referències de plats i també es produeixen alguns productes pel seu restaurant.
Es tracta d'una gran cuina de 400m totalment equipada.

Reportant a la Direcció general i propietat, la candidatura escollida haurà de responsabilitzar-se de:
- Planificar i organitzar les diferents tasques a la cuina de producció establint els mètodes necessaris - Creació i implementació de nous estàndards i processos de treball - Preparació del pla de producció previst per cada dia per l'establiment propi de restauració i productes de 5a gama per a grans superfícies.
• Creació de nous plats conjuntament amb el Xef i propietari - Realització de fitxes tècniques i escandalls per una correcta gestió i control de costos.
• Gestió de compres amb prove dors per obtenir el millor marge comercial - Control d'inventaris i minves - Garantia una un estricte control de traçabilitat del producte - Control i supervisió de les normes higiènic-sanitàries de manipulació, PRL i supervisió de l'APPCC's.
• Supervisar el manteniment i bon ús de tota la maquinària - Control de totes les àrees del centre:
envasat, preparació, cuina, estucatge, etç - Liderar, gestionar, supervisar i formar quan sigui necessari a l'equip de 8-10 persones CONDICIONS:

CFGM cuina - Experiència mínima:
5 anys com a cap de cuina en centres de producció o col
• lectivitats - Haver treballat amb grans volums de producció - Idiomes:
català i castellà.
• Domini del correu electrònic i bon ús del word i l'excel - Residència a Baix Empordà preferentment - Carnet B i vehicle propi.
PERFIL PROFESSIONAL:
- Perfil hibrid que es desenvolupi bé com a gestor i també durant l'operativa de cuina.
• Bones bases culinàries de la cuina tradicional i gurmet - Es busca una persona apassionada per la cuina, dinàmica, responsable, organitzada i metòdica, amb habilitats per treballar en equip, resolutiva i amb dots de comunicació i lideratge.
