Sobre el puesto
Buscamos un Gerente Comercial que ofrezca una visión estratégica y capacidad de liderazgo en la expansión en retail, wholesale y franquicias. Tu misión incluirá:
• Diseñar y ejecutar planes comerciales tanto para los canales de venta física.
• Contactar y gestionar los clientes.
• Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento en el mercado, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional. Supervisar el desarrollo de nuevas franquicias, showrooms y la entrada en nuevos mercados.
• Negociar acuerdos comerciales con distribuidores, franquiciados y mayoristas, garantizando rentabilidad y crecimiento sostenible.
• Coordinar las estrategias de marketing y ventas, estableciendo metas claras y monitoreando su cumplimiento en todos los canales de distribución.
• Monitorear tendencias del sector de la moda y joyería, anticipando cambios y adaptando las estrategias comerciales en consecuencia.
• Liderar, motivar y supervisar al equipo de ventas, asegurando que se alcancen los objetivos comerciales.
• Identificar ubicaciones estratégicas para la apertura de nuevos puntos de venta y desarrollar planes de expansión.
• Establecer colaboraciones con otras marcas o empresas del sector para potenciar el crecimiento.
Sobre ti
• Tienes como mínimo 4 años de experiencia en puesto similar, y en la gestión simultánea de tiendas físicas y wholesale en el sector de la moda.
Eres una persona con grandes dotes comerciales.
• Tienes capacidad para interpretar datos de mercado, ventas y competencia para tomar decisiones informadas.
• Eres autónomo y tienes iniciativa y capacidad de autodecisión, sabiendo comunicar y consensuar todas las decisiones importantes con los directivos.
• Tienes grandes habilidades de comunicación: sabes expresarse de forma asertiva, pero también saber escuchar, tienes empatía y la capacidad de atender las necesidades de los stakeholders.
• Dispones de una gran capacidad organizativa, siendo capaz de crear planes y cumplir con los plazos.
• Eres proactivo/a: sabes anticiparte al cambio y a los problemas, con una capacidad de reacción reflexiva y eficiente.
• Gozas de una personalidad arrolladora y carismática que aporta confianza e incentiva una buena actitud al equipo, cliente y proveedores, consiguiendo que todos se mantengan motivados. Sabes decidir sobre los aspectos más determinantes del proyecto y tomar las riendas ante cualquier adversidad.
• Eres una persona resolutiva, que sabe identificar los problemas con claridad, cuestionar sus causas y buscar caminos alternativos centrándote en las soluciones.
• Sabes resolver negociaciones difíciles. Tienes capacidad de persuadir y comprender las necesidades de las partes interesadas.
• Puedes asumir múltiples tareas al mismo tiempo manteniendo la calma. Tienes habilidad en la toma de decisiones bajo presión.
• Idiomas: Inglés y español fluido escrito y oral. Valorable otros idiomas como francés e italiano. (Se valorará también positivamente el catalán).
• Resides en el área metropolitana de Barcelona.
• Conocimiento avanzado de Google Sheets (también Microsoft Excel pero principalmente Google Sheets).
• Tienes capacidad para viajar.
