Company Overview: Our multinational company is a leader in the hospitality industry, known for delivering exceptional experiences to our guests. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Director to lead and elevate our F&B operations.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, from strategic planning and budgeting to daily management and team development. Key responsibilities include:
• Supervising the function of all Food & Beverage employees, facilities, sales and costs to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved.
• Controlling and analysing quality levels of product and service, guest satisfaction, merchandising and marketing, operating costs and hygiene and cleanliness on an ongoing basis.
• Coordinating and supervising the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverage products to ensure highest quality at all times.
• Establishing and maintaining effective employee relations, including interviewing, hiring, employee orientation, performance appraisal, coaching, counselling and dismissal if necessary.
• Developing and implementing formal training plans for Food & Beverage personnel.
• Supervising and coordinating pricing and preparation of menus, beverage and wine lists, and approving all wine purchases and other food and beverage items in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Conducting weekly Food & Beverage meetings relating to overall financial results, projected business, operations results and problems, changes in procedures, new management policies, quality improvement, sales improvement and productivity improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess:
• Previous experience in luxury hotels
• Previous experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in English and Spanish languages
