We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Consultant to join our team in Barcelona, Spain.
As a Sales and Marketing Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our service through outbound customer calls.
You will also create and maintain a database of customers with complete information, consolidate the existing customer base while building a new one, and record outbound call history and customers' responses in detail.
You will ensure customer follow-up at all times and monitor competitors' products or services to create effective selling strategies.
Additionally, you will handle customer needs and requirements, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
To succeed in this role, you must have native proficiency in French and fluent English, previous sales experience, experience with CRM, and strong written and oral business communication skills.
You should be comfortable working in a goal-driven environment and be able to attain goals as part of a broader team.
You will be an excellent communicator and presenter, both written and verbal, and be a goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, competitive, tenacious, and proactive.
You should be able to work independently but within a team environment and have strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate multiple business models.
This full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday) comes with a permanent contract and a competitive salary of €22,950 gross/year, plus an attractive sales bonus package of up to €4,050 gross/year.
