Help customers with simple tasks such as finding opening hours to handling complex complaints.Focus on providing first-class customer service and assisting customers with a variety of questions and challenges.Work to achieve key goals such as customer satisfaction and quality.Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.Your qualificationsConcentrix is a great match if you:
