Ready to gain more experience in Marketing and get to know the Recruitment Industry? Based in Barcelona, your responsibilities will be between Content creation, Community management, Candidates Lead generation and Analytics.
You will develop your skills with our multicultural team, where you will learn and succeed in a fun scale-up environment.Your responsibilities as a Marketing and Sourcing Intern will be:
Understanding the nature of recruitment processes, profiles, and clients to connect and engage with the community and target audienceManagement of our secondary websitesManagement of social media channels and community groups connected to the brand platform- content creation, community management, and lead generationYou will have your own LinkedIn Avatar, which you will use to grow the Dutch community, find and connect with candidates, and engage your audienceImplementing SEO strategies and creating relatable website content to increase traffic and engagementUsing analytics to track performance and optimize marketing campaigns and strategiesWorking together with the marketing team to create an up-to-date marketing strategy and editorial calendar that addresses the international job seeker communitiesAdvertising job positions on current and new social media channels, community groups, and job boardsParticipation in ad-hoc projects for the overall online marketing strategy, content creation, and company visibility and positioning for B2B and B2C audienceWhat's in it for you?Type of Contract:

You have a native level of Dutch and a proficient level of EnglishKnowledge in German is a big plusEnrolled in a Bachelor/Master Program in Marketing, Communications, or Business StudiesBasic knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Ads, Canva, and Google AnalyticsBeing creative, adaptable, and proactiveHaving previous experience in marketing or sales/recruiting is a plusBeing a Team player and collaborativeHaving joy in creating written and visual contentEnjoying being energetic, innovative, and working proactively at a fast paceGetting excited about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyleYour Future CompanyBlu Selection is a key player when it comes to hiring international profiles in multinational companies like BPOs, International Shared Service Centers, Global Business Hubs, Coworking Centers, and IT or Finance start-ups based across Europe.
