We are seeking a highly skilled COE Lead EMEA to join our team in Barcelona.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in managing complex logistics and inventory systems.
Key responsibilities include managing the EMEA supply chain, implementing clear processes, and developing a highly skilled and motivated team.
The COE Lead EMEA will also be responsible for driving strategy and supply chain improvement within the EMEA supply chain, ensuring a high level of communication both internally and externally.
Main Responsibilities:
• Managing the Customer Order book from Configuration through Shipment
• Purchasing and Planning of material to support 4.5 to 5.0 builds
• Training, documentation, and competency of team members regarding the local ERP system
• Operations reporting, conception, creation, maintenance
• Local S&OP and demand planning champion
• NPI activity: Order Planning, Production Scheduling, and Purchasing
• Manage configurations of bills of materials for correct market specifications
• Manage end of life product phase out strategy with sales and product team
• Effective inventory management and financial targets set
• Account management and relationship management of international freight forwarders and local transport providers
• Strategic sourcing to drive efficiency across EMEA
• Management of the demand plan, aligned to the sales to plan pipeline
• Quality and excellence team management Requirements:
• 15+ years indepth knowledge and experience of S&OP, sales process, product offering, Manufacturing, Supply chain & logistics
• Passion for the customer experience and commitment to excellence
• Strong sense of urgency, ability to make decisions quickly with less than complete information
• Ability to lead a multifunctional team, mentor staff and team members
• Proven experience creating and continually improving process
• Able to build strong, collaborative working relationships across various operational functions
• Change agent and thought leadership
• Ability to establish rapport with all levels within the organization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills Leadership Skills Required:
