En SB Hotels, con más de 30 años de experiencia en el sector, contamos con 9 hoteles -y dos más en construcción- ubicados en Barcelona, Tarragona, Tierras del Ebro y Madrid. Actualmente buscamos AYUDANTE DE CAMARERO/A para uno de nuestros Hoteles de 4* en Castelldefels.
¿Cuáles serán tus funciones? Preparación de todo el servicio de mesa.Supervisión del estado óptimo de la vajilla, cubertería y mantelería para cada servicio.Recepción de clientes y atender peticiones recogiendo el pedido y tramitándolo al servicio de barra o a la cocina del establecimiento.Asesoramiento a los clientes sobre la carta y resolución de las posibles dudas que puedan tener sobre la oferta gastronómica.Atender las posibles reclamaciones.Soporte en control de existencias de productos del almacén y tramitación de pedidos correspondientes en caso de agotarse las existencias.Cumplimiento de las normas relacionadas con la gestión de residuos en las instalaciones.Cumplimiento de las buenas prácticas medioambientales.¿Qué ofrecemos?

• ¿Te interesa trabajar en turnos rotativos de mañana y tarde? Los turnos son rotativos semanales de 7 a 15 y de 16 a 00h, descanso semanal dos días seguidos y con posibilidad de descanso en fin de semana (Al menos 1 o 2 al mes).
