En CELO by Sistema Masa buscamos un/a auxiliar administrativo/a para nuestra División de Fachadas Ventiladas.
¿Cuáles serán tus funciones y responsabilidades?Coordinación de viajesApoyo a centralitaDistribución de llamadas y asignación de visitasMantenimiento de oficinaEn lo relativo al departamento de compras:
Coordinación de expedición de pedidos nacionales e internacionales.
Logística de expediciones.
Recepción y envío de mensajeríaEmisión de albaranes de venta nacional e internacionalLanzamiento de pedidos a proveedoresSeguimiento de plazos de entrega de proveedoresReclamación de proveedoresCoordinación al responsable de almacén para la recogida de materiales a los proveedores.
Atención a proveedores telefónica y personal.
Control de Stock, inventario.
Base de datos artículos:
idiomas por artículos, control cantidades y pesos, ubicación en almacén,.
Requisitos:
¿Qué buscamos?Una persona con formación en administración o similar.
Formación en logística o equivalente.
Experiencia mínima de 2 años en puesto equivalente.
Conocimiento en programas de gestión SAGE Lógic Control / MURANO¿Qué ofrecemos?Incorporarte a una importante empresa en crecimiento continuo.
