Hace 50 años BAUHAUS introdujo en Europa un concepto totalmente nuevo para aquella época, el cliente que buscaba herramientas, materiales de construcción o pinturas tenía que recorrer una por una todas las tiendas especializadas.
En su nuevo concepto, BAUHAUS ofrecía por primera vez bajo un mismo techo todo lo que el cliente podía necesitar, permitiendo así realizar las compras de forma más agradable y relajada: el especialista para la casa, el taller y el jardín.
BAUHAUS está presente en 18 países de Europa y da trabajo a más de 16.000 personas, de las cuales 1.000 están en España. Actualmente se encuentra dentro de un plan de expansión y está ampliando el número de centros en el país, poniendo de manifiesto su compromiso con el mercado español.
Los más de 100.000 productos divididos en 15 secciones especializadas, junto al asesoramiento profesional y los múltiples servicios al cliente, hacen de la compra una experiencia agradable y son la mejor carta de presentación de BAUHAUS.

Queremos ampliar nuestro equipo de maquinaria/ferretería. ¡Buscamos a una persona que quiera formar parte de nuestro equipo!
¿Qué vas a tener que hacer en tu día a día como vendedor/a?
Ofrecer una excelente atención al cliente.
Gestionar el stock de la sección.
Preparar pedidos.
Reponer productos para garantizar que el cliente siempre va a poder llevarse lo que necesita.
Encargarte del orden de tu sección.
Preparación y seguimiento de presupuestos.
Proponer acciones de mejora en tu sección.
Conocer las tendencias y mercado de tu sección.
Proponer acciones de mejora en tu sección (buscamos que cada persona que forma parte del #TeamBauhaus aporte desde el primer día y nos ayude a seguir creciendo).
Requisitos
¿Qué requisitos buscamos en la persona?
Buscamos personas apasionadas del bricolaje, del mundo de la ferretería y herramientas que posean una gran capacidad de creatividad, que sean alegres, que tengan ganas de atreverse a hacer cosas nuevas cada día y con muchas ganas de aprender y de afrontar nuevos retos.
Además, queremos que la persona tenga ganas de aportar ideas nuevas y de mejora, que cuente con la motivación de querer formar parte y de querer crecer con todo el equipo y que cuente con experiencia previa en atención al cliente y/o ventas (preferiblemente en maquinaria/ferretería).
