As an Engagement Manager on our team, you will:
• Provide concierge support for pre-defined list of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) developing, publishing and growing sales of applications built on the Microsoft cloud platforms as part of the Digital Sales ISV Success Program.

• Be the first contact point, deliver a strong first impression and set the foundation for long term partner relationship.

• Define reason for call talk track - designed for consistent repeatable execution.

• Product/Offering focus - focuses on offering specific to target audience.

• Execute on structured multi-channel (call, email, social) outreach cadence.

• Obsess over Microsoft's customers and prospects to deliver a world-class customer engagement experience.

• Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences.

• Collect feedback from customers and articulate it back to the business:
'Voice of Partner'.

- Are bilingual or proficient in Danish plus fluent in English - Have 1-2 years' experience in IT sales with a proven track record of success and/or sales account management or customer management experience - Have experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications and Client Relationship Management systems such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.
It would be a plus if you:
- Have experience working with or selling MS Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 or similar solutions - Have Microsoft Fundamentals certification on MS Azure, Modern Workplace and/or Biz Apps Don't meet every requirement? No worries.
