Juan Pérez Arriete, s/n concretamente en nuestras modernas delegaciones situadas junto a los departamentos que nos permiten acceder al mayor flujo de clientes y 'sentarlos frente a ti' en unos puestos de atención al público con total privacidad y comodidad.
Nuestros vendedores atienden una media de 150 clientes al mes.
¿Te atreves? ¿Cuál sería tu rol? Tu misión será coordinar y dirigir un equipo comercial de vendedores en pro de lograr los objetivos marcados en tu unidad de negocio impulsando la actividad comercial del equipo, así como la colaboración con el resto de departamentos de El Corte Inglés que nos proveen de clientes.
Tus funciones principales:
Detectar las necesidades formativas del equipo dotándoles de los conocimientos y habilidades necesarias.
Garantizar un buen ambiente de trabajo y, a la vez, velar por el cumplimiento de las normas.
Poner en marcha estrategias comerciales concretas para conseguir los objetivos marcados y reportar al Responsable Territorial.
Para llevar a cabo las tareas mencionadas consideramos imprescindible:
Experiencia de más de un año en la gestión de equipos comerciales especialmente en el sector asegurador.
Se valorará tanto la formación académica como la experiencia en la dirección de equipos de ventas.
Buscamos una persona orientada al cliente, a resultados, con capacidades organizativas y de liderazgo, que aporte solidez y estabilidad a la unidad de negocio, especialmente en el sector asegurador.
