Join the automation team at B&R- a member of the ABB Group.This position reports toR&D Department LeadYour role and responsibilitiesAs the R&D Manager Controls, you are responsible for the organizational efficiency and to foster an inclusive and open-minded performance and learning culture for our team delivering market leading automation solutions in the field of PLCs, IOs, Functional Safety and Machine Vision.

Your responsibilities:

• Leading a multinational team that supports the strategic goals of the company
• Creating an inspiring and efficient organization and working culture.
• Ensuring a competitive competence mix and a continuous learning spirit.
• Driving and enhancing our corporate R&D processes and interfaces following agile principles while respecting industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identifying and managing synergies with other R&D teams across the company
• Representing our department to internal and external stakeholders, including your peers in the organization, customers and other ABB entities.
