We are looking for an Estimator for our Bid Team in Johnson Control Refrigeration Technology, in Roskilde.

Together with the rest of the team, your primary task will be to issue estimates, provide technical support and tender preparation for industrial refrigeration systems and heat pump projects, in the Nordic market.

You will be responsible of maintaining relationships with our suppliers and subcontractors, as well as helping and supporting the sales team and other departments within the JCI organization.

It is a requirement that you have experience within the cooling and heat pump segment.

Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Salesforce is also required.

You will become part of a dynamic and energetic team.

Your task

• Find, review, and execute customer opportunity and tender requirements. Identify how those are matching our product portfolio.
• Prepare technical concept design in relation to customer's existing facilities and requirements.
• Issue compliant estimates according to the client specifications.
• Collaboration across the company in relation to the tender work and handover of won projects to the project organization.
• Active participation in quality assurance and knowledge sharing.
• Performs analyses to quantify potential cost savings and benefits.

Your Background

• You have a technical background as an engineer, marine engineer or equivalent.
• You have a university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• You have 6 years minimum experience.
• You have experience in calculating refrigeration systems and heat pump systems You have a good understanding of natural refrigerants - CO2 or ammonia.
• You can communicate fluently in both Danish and English in writing and speaking
