As a Planner, Merchandise Controlling & OTB, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and aligning top-down merchandise financial plans from clusters globally.

You'll play a key role in creating forecasts and budgets, monitoring sell in & allocations, and supporting cross-functional collaboration to achieve optimal sales and inventory results.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain global top-down collection forecasts.
   
2. Analyze and align Open-to-Buy (OTB) plans from clusters, highlighting key changes and areas of focus.
   
3. Monitor allocations, sell-in performance, and trade trends to recommend actionable improvements.
   
4. Support cross-functional alignment with Finance, Supply Planning, and Merchandising teams.
   
5. Prepare and present analyses for cluster meetings and decision-making.
   

What We're Looking For

Experience & Education:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.
   
2. 2+ years of experience in Finance, Merchandising, or Supply Chain.
   
3. Retail, fashion, or FMCG industry experience is a plus.
   
4. Exposure to global organizations is advantageous.
   
5. Advanced financial and analytical skills, with high proficiency in Excel.
   
6. Strong communication and presentation abilities.
   
7. Experience managing and interpreting large datasets.
   
8. A collaborative mindset, fostering trust and teamwork across functions.
