As a Senior/Lead Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications.
You will be responsible for leading a team of developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Your expertise in Windows programming, .Net, C#, and advanced SQL will be essential in driving our projects to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Mentor Team:
  Guide, support, and develop a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

  Architect, design, and build high-quality, scalable, and maintainable applications using .Net and C# technologies.
  
• Database Management:
  Utilize advanced SQL skills to design, optimize, and manage complex database systems, ensuring data integrity and performance.
  
• Project Management:
  Plan, execute, and oversee software development projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints and meeting project milestones.
  
• Quality Assurance:
  Conduct thorough code reviews, implement automated testing frameworks, and perform manual testing to maintain high standards of code quality and security.
  
• Collaborate with Teams:
  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA, DevOps, and support, to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
  
• Continuous Improvement:

Qualifications:

• Education and Experience:
  You should have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  A minimum of 3 years of experience in Windows programming using .Net and C# is required.
  
• Technical Skills:
  Proficiency in .Net and C# technologies is essential.
  You should possess advanced SQL skills for designing and optimizing complex queries and database structures.
  Experience in architecting, designing, and building scalable and maintainable applications is crucial.
  
• Professional Skills:
  Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail are necessary.
  Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential for working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  A proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time is critical.
  Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
  
• Additional Qualifications:
  Experience with enterprise ERP systems is a significant advantage.
  Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
  Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members are essential.
