Join us as our new Senior CMO Specialist
The Global Process Management department is seeking a candidate to assist the Global CMO team in ensuring efficient and profitable manufacturing processes with our CMO partners.

Welcome to Global Process Management
This role is part of Global Process Management and serves as the center of excellence for process technology in Process and Product Development. It has a substantial business impact across all Operations, acting as the Global PMG with an emphasis on all businesses involving living active bacteria.

Global Process Management oversees all manufacturing sites within Operations and coordinates with various cross-functional interfaces in the culture value chain, such as Commercial Development, Innovation, QC, IT, Global Engineering, and Corporate Quality Management.

In this role you'll make an impact by:

Driving projects that build the best practices, increase efficiency and bring our products and innovation to market promptly and correctly.

Further you will:

1. Coordinate projects in close collaboration with Com. Dev., PMT, PPD, QC, Masterdata and QA among others.
2. Be responsible for implementation of new products at CMOs.
3. Be accountable for technical process implementation of new equipment/optimizations at CMOs.
4. Be responsible for identifying and implementation of optimizations opportunities for CMOs.
5. Ensure implementation of process and product changes at CMOs.
6. Support/drive investigations for deviation related to process nonconformance and complaints for product performance at CMOs.
7. Support/drive CAPA implementation for reduction of critical or reoccurring complaint/deviations.
8. Keep the focus on efficiency with special attention on scrap, resources, lead-times, capacity and productivity.
9. Ensure compliance to regulation and quality standards and alignment between CMOs.

To succeed you must hold:

1. A degree in food science/Microbiology/Engineer/ Msc./ cand.pharm or similar.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience working with CMO activities.
3. Ability to work in an international matrix function - excellent communication skills.
4. Project management and organizational skills.
5. Data flair and skills for Excel data processing as well as other tools to be used where needed, e.g. multivariate data analysis, statistical tools such as R, python.
6. Understanding of production and applications.
7. Understanding of Six Sigma and/or LEAN.
8. Knowledge about relevant International Standards, e.g. ISO, IDF.
