Data Scientist - Digital transformation

Are you ready to drive innovation/development and improve our digital data products, specifically in the realm of Supply Chain and Production data in a global context? Can you envision yourself at the forefront of accelerating data science and digital innovation initiatives, crafting data products from proofs of concept to full-scale production implementation.

Your responsibilities will revolve around the development and maintenance of the standardized and scalable data solutions across Supply on existing Data and AI Platform.
You ensure world-class data quality deliverables, operationalized, and adopted in the business across value streams.

You will support the Digital product owner team and Operations in the delivery of high data quality from 'user stories' using agile management approaches.

In more detail your primary tasks will be to:

• Apply state-of-the-art methods within statistical analysis, programming, and visualization to generate insights and knowledge from our large and diverse data sources
• Develop and maintain the standardized and scalable data solutions across Supply on existing Data and AI Platform
• Ensure world-class data quality deliverables, operationalized and adopted in the organization across value streams
• Identify, analyze, and scope business requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders and our external partners
• Design and execute actionable data, controlled and monitoring, based on business requirements

• Technical guidance:
  Leverage technical knowledge to make informed decisions about product features, technical feasibility, architecture, and integrations

In this role, you will be working in our head office in Hørsholm, reporting to the Head of Digital Transformation Supply.

Your Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should have a good business acumen, great communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.

You hold a Master's degree or equivalent degree (e.g.
within Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Data Science).
Your creative problem-solving, time management, and keen attention to emerging data trends are also key strengths for success in this position.

Moreover, we expect that you have:

• Proven ability to report complex information easily to people with various technical capabilities
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage large sets of data and present results in a simple manner
• Advanced dashboard development (Using Plotly/Dash or similar and PowerBi)
• 3+ years of experience in uncovering data insights to form hypotheses, evaluating results, and making recommendations
• Experience in operationalizing and running Data Products including ML and MLOps on Microsoft Azure.
  
• Have a genuine passion for understanding data and the story behind it.
  
• Experience from a global organization e.g.
  in the area of manufacturing will be preferable.
  
• You are fluent in written and spoken English.
