Communication Specialist (m/w/d) - Digital Operations
You will join our well established Digital Operations Team within our North Europe Operations function, where the main focus is to optimise the customer experience and improve operational efficiency through defining and deploying digital enablers.
We are leading the way to lift full potential of Digitalisation in Operations - in VELUX and the Building Industry.

You will work out of one of our regional offices, depending on your current place of residence and become part of Region North Europe.
You can expect to travel occasionally, both nationally and internationally.

Your challenges
As a Communication Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing both internal and external stakeholder communications within the Digital Operations department.
You will be responsible for overseeing the Super User Community across all departments in Operations, ensuring effective communication strategies are implemented within the geographical scope of North Europe, which encompasses seven key markets.
Your primary tasks will be:

• Develop and execute communication plans that effectively convey the department's objectives and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Manage the Super User Community in Operations, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring the dissemination of best practices across all departments.
  
• Tailor communication strategies to cater to the diverse needs of the seven markets within the North European region.
  
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives as well as user commitment, engagement and satisfaction with focus to the digital solutions run by Digital Operations.
  
• Preparing and making data-driven decisions to improve stakeholder engagement.
  

Your qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Communication or a related field and have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a communication role, preferably in a digital operations or similar environment.
A strategic thinker with a keen understanding of the digital landscape and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively as well as be adept at navigating the nuances of multi-market communications within a corporate setting.
Moreover, we expect you to have:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong skills in visualisation and story-telling.
  
• Proficiency in stakeholder management.
  
• Ability to develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies.
  
• Competence in managing community platforms and fostering user engagement.
  
• Fluency in English and at least one other language relevant to the North European markets is essential (preferably German).
