Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will support the Energy Industries division in delivering complete software solutions across energy-related industries.
Specifically, our software solution portfolio serves a wide range of customers, including those in renewable energy, conventional power generation, fuels and petrochemical production, and water and wastewater distribution and processing.
As we continue our journey to become a software leader, we have built a market-relevant portfolio aligned for growth.
Our products help our customers reduce risk and operate safely, efficiently, effectively, and sustainably.
This is a global role, and you will report to the Digital Operations Lead in Energy Industries.
A successful candidate can support all time zones during suitable working hours.
You will be responsible for partnering with product managers, business stakeholders, and champion super users to continually evaluate business processes, define process improvements, and enhance data quality.

• You will own and improve our sales tools and training programs, enabling trackable learning and engagement while developing and promoting sales collateral and promotional materials globally.
  
• You will support and coordinate product commercialization activities related to product releases, ensuring alignment with PAEN business product management processes.
  
• You will be accountable for driving key initiatives, such as net promoter score assessments and various process improvement projects.
  
• You will generate visibility for software products and services by owning and improving product data for opportunity tracking.
  
• You will be our team's Salesforce and data analytics champion, completing related tasks with precision and expertise including:
  

1. Dashboard and report management
2. Improving data quality by partnering with local sales teams
3. Improving data quality by leading data investigations
4. Owning software-related content in our sales guidelines/playbooks
5. Participating in Salesforce workshops, user acceptance testing, and relevant training delivery

Qualifications for the role

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in a technically relevant field, and you've accumulated over five years of experience in CRM, mastering Salesforce administration.
  Your expertise shines through in the way you build and maintain reports and dashboards, transforming raw data into meaningful insights.
  
• Your deep understanding of best practices in sales operations, coupled with your basic knowledge of PowerBI, sets you apart as a valuable asset.
  You possess a firm grasp of database theory, including data modeling and entity relationship analysis, which allows you to see the bigger picture and understand the intricate web of data connections.
  
• You have a proven track record of partnering with product organizations to create and deliver impactful sales tools and training.
  Your growth mindset, combined with your servant-leader approach, makes you a careful, empathetic listener who empowers others to succeed.
  You've honed your change management skills in complex, matrixed industrial organizations, always ready to pivot quickly based on new data and maintaining a bias towards action.
  
• Your persistence and ability to build credibility quickly with customers and internal stakeholders make you an invaluable team member.
  You excel in prioritization, knowing when to say no and how to explain your decisions clearly and backed by evidence.
