Sie sind direkt an die Leitung Human Resources angebunden und übernehmen die Erstberatung der Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende in allen HR relevanten Fragestellungen.Sie sind zuständig für die Durchführung und das Monitoring personeller Einzelmaßnahmen.Sie analysieren personalwirtschaftliche Kennzahlen und unterstützen die HR-Partner bei der Ableitung von Folgemaßnahmen.Sie übernehmen die Vorbereitung, Erstellung und Bearbeitung personalrelevanter Unterlagen innerhalb des HR-Bereichs.Sie arbeiten konstruktiv mit dem Betriebsrat zusammen und stellen die Kommunikation zwischen den internen Schnittstellen sicher.Sie bringen Ihre Expertise in HR-Projekten ein.Was uns überzeugt:
Sie haben Ihre kaufmännische Berufsausbildung abgeschlossen und verfügen idealerweise bereits über praktische Erfahrungen und eine Fortbildung zum Personalfachkaufmann oder sind Berufseinsteiger mit einer Leidenschaft für das Thema HR.Sie können sich auf unterschiedliche Zielgruppen einstellen und haben eine gute Auffassungsgabe.Sie verfügen über ein gutes Selbst- und Zeitmanagement.Sie pflegen einen respektvollen und fairen Umgang mit Ihren Kollegen und verfügen über ein hohes Maß an Teamgeist und Flexibilität.Ein sicherer Umgang mit den Anwendungsprogrammen MS Office ist für Sie selbstverständlich, SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.Was wir bieten:
