Aktuell suchen wir für unseren Kunden aus derRegion Hannover einen Personalsachbearbeiter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.
Diese Stelle ist im Rahmen derdirekten Personalvermittlung zu besetzen.
Ihre Aufgaben als Personalsachbearbeiter (m/w/d)
Verwaltung und Pflege der Personalstammdaten
Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Arbeitsverträgen, Zeugnissen und anderen personalrelevanten Dokumenten
Durchführung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung mit dem System DATEV
Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im HR-Bereich
Betreuung eines definierten Mitarbeiterkreises
Ansprechpartner in allen Fragen der Personalsachbearbeitung
Ihr Profil als Personalsachbearbeiter (m/w/d)
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung im Bereich der Personalsachbearbeitung
Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Umgang mit DATEV
Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
