Our client, a leader in the automotive sector, is currently seeking a Sales Manager to join their team in Germany. This is an outstanding opportunity for individuals with a strong background in business development and sales within the automotive industry, particularly with experience in Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
Building and maintaining strong relationships with OEM clients in the German market
Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base
Collaborating with the HQ team in Stuttgart to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
Conducting market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitors
Preparing and presenting sales reports to senior management
Participating in industry events and networking to promote brand awareness
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective account management
Job Requirements:
Experience in business development and sales, especially within the automotive sector
Proven ability to manage and nurture relationships with OEM clients
Strong understanding of the automotive industry, particularly in the German market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Fluency in both German and English is required
Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in business or a related field
