Vendor Management:
Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers for MRO, Capex, and services.Purchasing Activities:
Ensure the timely procurement of goods and services, negotiating contracts and pricing to achieve cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.Capex Procurement:
Handle all procurement activities for capital projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with plant operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure that purchasing aligns with business requirements and compliance standards.Supplier Performance:
Monitor supplier performance, addressing issues related to quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.Cost Optimization:
Analyze market trends and procurement opportunities to generate savings and improve plant operations.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in purchasing for MRO, Capex, and services within a manufacturing or industrial environment.Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Knowledge of procurement software and tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.If you are a proactive and results-driven professional looking to make an impact in the speciality chemicals sector, we encourage you to apply.
