Du sichtest Bewerbungsunterlagen und führst telefonische, virtuelle sowie persönliche Gespräche mit den Kandidat:
innen, um deren Eignung auf Basis der Anforderungsprofile unserer Fachbereiche festzustellen
Im stetigen Austausch mit unseren Management-Team schaffst Du mit diesem gemeinsam eine positive Candidate Experience und fungierst als feste/r Ansprechpartner:
