Ihre Mission bei uns:
1.
Projektmanagement Planung und Steuerung von Bauprojekten Koordination von Projektbesprechungen mit internen Abteilungen und externen Partnern.
Überprüfung und Optimierung von Vorleistungen sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Projektstarts.
Überwachung des Projektfortschritts und regelmäßige Qualitätskontrollen vor Ort.

Material- und Leistungsmanagement Präzise Materialermittlung und technische Prüfung der Ausschreibungsunterlagen.
Sicherstellung der termingerechten Materialverfügbarkeit und Überwachung der Baustellenlogistik.
Dokumentation von Nachträgen und Soll-Ist-Abgleich mit Leistungsverzeichnissen.

Nachtragsmanagement Erkennung und Bewertung von Änderungen sowie zusätzlichen Leistungen.
Erstellung und Verhandlung von Nachtragsangeboten mit Auftraggebern und Nachunternehmern.
Überwachung der genehmigten Nachtragsarbeiten bis zur Abnahme.

Personalmanagement Führung und Einsatzplanung von Bauleitern, Vorarbeitern und Fliesenlegern.
Unterstützung bei der Akquise neuer Mitarbeiter und Nachunternehmer sowie deren Einarbeitung.
Entwicklung von Jahreszielen und Förderung der Teamarbeit.

Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit Enge Zusammenarbeit mit kaufmännischen und technischen Teams.
Teilnahme an Baustellenbesprechungen und Jour-Fixe-Terminen.
Unterstützung bei der Optimierung interner Prozesse und Abläufe.
Ihr Profil:
Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bauwesen (z.
B.
Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Techniker).
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektleitung im Bauwesen, idealerweise im Bereich Fliesen/Naturstein.
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bau- und Vertragsrecht (VOB/BGB).
Organisationstalent, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein.
Erfahrung im Umgang mit digitalen Tools und ERP-Systeme Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Region und Führerschein Klasse B Wir bieten:
