Werde auch du Teil unseres Teams! Dein tägliches Brot Organisation und Koordination Du bist für die komplette organisatorische Steuerung unserer Kunden und Bäckerei-Cafés zuständig, nimmst Anrufe an und koordinierst eingehende Anfragen Datenpflege und Bestellwesen Du übernimmst die Erfassung von Wareneingängen, die Bestelleingabe, die Datenpflege etc.
in und mit unserem Warenwirtschaftssystem.
Tagesgeschäft Du wirkst im Tagesgeschäft mit, indem du bspw.
bei der Bearbeitung von Ein- und Ausgangspost, einfachen buchhalterischen Aufgaben oder der Weiterleitung von Informationen unterstützt.
Deine Zutaten Abgeschlossene Ausbildung Wünschenswert ist eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder min.
5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren kaufmännischen Position.
Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikation Als absoluter Teamplayer gepaart mit kommunikativer Stärke passt du bestens in unser Team.
Ein freundlicher und offener Umgang ist dabei für dich selbstverständlich.
Zuverlässigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Hohe Problemlösungsfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus.
Lernbereitschaft Alle gängigen MS-Office-Programme kannst du sicher anwenden und wirst nicht müde, Neues zu lernen.
