In dieser Funktion unterstützt du unsere erfahrenen Versicherungsprofis bei der Betreuung und Beratung unseres umfassenden Kundenstammes. Wir erwarten von dir kein "Klinkenputzen" oder Kalt-Akquise, sondern haben Interesse an einer langfristigen und nachhaltigen Zusammenarbeit.
Deine Aufgaben
Du analysierst und optimierst die aktuelle Versicherungssituation der Kunden mit modernen Vertriebsansätzen
Du arbeitest aktiv mit dem Agenturinhaber in einem langjährig gewachsenen Bestand
Durch deine Leidenschaft für den Vertrieb baust du den Kundenstamm kontinuierlich aus
Wir überzeugen durch Kundennähe. Daher berätst du Kunden vor Ort oder per Videoberatung

Dein Profil
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzen oder Versicherungskaufmann / Versicherungsfachmann oder Bankkaufmann (m/w/d)
Leidenschaft für den Vertrieb und Verkauf
Du bist überzeugungs- und kommunikationsstark und punktest mit deiner Art
Idealerweise hast du bereits Verkaufserfolge erzielt
Du verfügst über den Führerschein Klasse B und Grundkenntnisse in MS Office
Das erwartet dich
