Teamleiter (m/w/d) Service-Hotline
Ihre Aufgaben:
Ihr Aufgabenfeld umfasst die Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit und Servicequalität gegenüber unseren Kunden
Gekonnt steuern Sie Ihr Team und erfüllen so die vorgegebenen Qualitätsziele
Stets haben Sie wichtige Kennzahlen im Blick und stellen sicher, dass vorgegebene Prozesse eingehalten werden
Die professionelle und disziplinäre Führung des Teams sowie die Qualifizierung und Coaching der eingesetzten Mitarbeiter liegt Ihnen im Blut
Die Motivation und Entwicklung der Mitarbeiter gehört zu Ihren Aufgaben Die regelmäßige Durchführung von Mitarbeiter- und Performancegesprächen gehört ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben
Sie kümmern sich um die Teamentwicklung und die Schulung Ihrer Mitarbeiter
Sie sind der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und Techniker und nehmen alle Kundenanliegen am Telefon und per E-Mail entgegen und pflegen diese in das Ticketsystem ein
Zudem sind Sie die Schnittstelle zwischen dem Kunden und Techniker und sorgen hier für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
Eng stehen Sie mit unseren Kunden im Austausch und übernehmen bei Bedarf Eskalationsgespräche
Sie kümmern sich um die Reportings an das Service-Center Management
Ihre Qualifikationen:
Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und bringen Erfahrungen im Kundenservice und in der Führung eines Teams mit
Sie haben eine höfliche und freundliche Umgangsform sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihre sprachlichen Fähigkeiten ab
Ihre kommunikativen Fähigkeiten, Ihre Freundlichkeit und Ihr ausgeprägter Servicegedanke zeichnen Sie aus
Sie behalten auch in stressigen Situationen stets einen kühlen Kopf
Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem PC und gängigen MS Office Programmen sind erforderlich und Sie bringen die Bereitschaft zum Arbeiten im Schichtdienst und für Bereitschaftsdienste mit
