Sie entwickeln Tools und Automatisierungssysteme für die Bereitstellung, das Provisioning und das Konfigurationsmanagement von Servern, Clients und kümmern sich um Anforderungen für Schwachstellenbehebung, Patching und AV/Compliance-Softwareinstallationen.
Wie Sie das tun werden
Bereitstellung von technischem Support der Stufe 2/3 für die Gruppe der Überwachungs, Zugangskontroll und Videosystemanwendungen
Sicherstellung der Systembetriebszeit und -verfügbarkeit
Verwaltung neuer Software-Updates und -Erweiterungen (Patches/Upgrades)
Behandlung von IT-Schwachstellen für Systeme unter Verwendung von CVE-Schwachstellen-DB Empfehlungen
Unterstützung der technischen Teams und des Unternehmens bei Anwendungen
Aufbau oder Erweiterung von Anwendungshardware und -software
Entwicklung von Bereitstellungs- und Automatisierungsmethoden und -systemen
Dokumentieren von Produktentwicklungen und -änderungen
Zusammenarbeit mit globalen Teams bei Strategien und Prozessen zur Behebung von Schwachstellen
Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung und Ausführung strategischer Pläne als hochqualifiziertes Teammitglied
Was wir suchen
Erforderlich
Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung, Bereitstellung und Wartung on Anwendungsumgebungen
Kenntnisse von IT-Systemen und Konzepten (Netzwerk, Hosting, Scripting, Datenbankmanagement)
Fähigkeit zur Umsetzung von Geschäftsanforderungen in technische Anforderungen
Hervorragende Fähigkeiten zur Problembewertung und Fehlerbehebung
Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, technische Themen gegenüber Anbietern, Teammitgliedern und nichttechnischen Zielgruppen zu vermitteln
Fähigkeit, in einem Team zu arbeiten und bei Bedarf mit anderen Teams zusammenzuarbeiten
Bereitschaft zu wechselnden Bereitschaftsdiensten
Führerschein
Bevorzugt
Zertifizierungen für relevante Technologien (CCNA, MCSE, usw.)
Gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft-Produkte (Word, Excel, Access, MSSQL Studio usw.)
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Gute Kenntnisse im Windows, Windows Server und Linux Umfeld
