Mitarbeiter Kundenhotline (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben
Sie sind der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und Techniker und nehmen alle Kundenanliegen am Telefon und per E-Mail entgegen und pflegen diese in das Ticketsystem ein
Zudem sind Sie die Schnittstelle zwischen dem Kunden und Techniker und sorgen hier für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
Ihre Qualifikationen
Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder wollten schon immer in die Kundenbetreuung - Quereinsteiger sind bei uns immer willkommen
Idealerweise bringen Sie erste Erfahrungen im Kundenservice mit
Sie haben eine höfliche und freundliche Umgangsform sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Ihre kommunikativen Fähigkeiten, Ihre Freundlichkeit und Ihr ausgeprägter Servicegedanke zeichnen Sie aus
Sie behalten auch in stressigen Situationen stets einen kühlen Kopf
Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem PC und gängigen MS Office Programmen sind erforderlich und Sie bringen die Bereitschaft zum Arbeiten im Schichtdienst und für Bereitschaftsdienste mit
Sie sind ein absoluter Teamplayer
