Auf- und Ausbau einer überzeugenden Arbeitgebermarke durch Entwicklung, Implementierung und Monitoring einer erfolgreichen Employer-Branding-Strategie
Koordination und Durchführung gezielter Maßnahmen
Aufbau einer starken internen Kommunikationsstrategie
Entwicklung und Durchführung verschiedener Maßnahmen zur Messung und Steigerung der Mitarbeitendenzufriedenheit
Erstellung und Optimierung von Inhalten, die die Unternehmenskultur und -werte sowohl intern als auch extern transportieren
Du bildest die Schnittstelle zwischen Personalabteilung und Marketing und führst dabei aktiv alle Projekte im Bereich Employer Branding
Mitarbeit und Teilnahme an relevanten Veranstaltungen
Das solltest du mitbringen
Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Marketing oder der Medien- und Kommunikationswissenschaften
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Employer Branding oder einer vergleichbaren Position
Offene Persönlichkeit mit exzellenten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sehr guter verbaler sowie textlicher Ausdrucksfähigkeit in deutscher und englischer Sprache
Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen verbunden mit der Fähigkeit, datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu treffen und Maßnahmen auf Basis von Kennzahlen und KPIs zu optimieren
Starke Projektmanagementfähigkeiten und organisatorisches Geschick, insbesondere in der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen
Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Steuerung und kommunikativen Ausgestaltung von verschiedenen Social-Media-Kanälen sowie ein gutes Gespür für die Ansprache von bestehenden und potenziellen Mitarbeitenden
Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Content Management Systemen (v.a.
TYPO3) sowie Erfahrungen in der Webanalyse (wie z.B.
Matomo oder Google Analytics) wären wünschenswert
