im Umfang von 75 % der regelmäßigen wöchentlichen Arbeitszeit zu besetzen (zzt.
29,85 Std./Wo.).
Es wird die Gelegenheit zur Habilitation gegeben.
Im Rahmen der individuellen Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten nach dem WissZeitVG ist zunächst eine Beschäftigung von drei Jahren geplant.
Die empirische Forschung zur Bearbeitung von praxisrelevanten Fragestellungen im Bereich der Pädagogik und Didaktik bei Beeinträchtigungen der geistigen Entwicklung, insbesondere mit Blick auf inklusive Bildungsprozesse, stellt einen Schwerpunkt des Arbeitsbereichs dar (z.
B.
Fragestellungen zu pädagogischen Interaktionen in inklusiven Settings oder auch fachdidaktische Fragen).
Darüber hinaus wird in der Fachgruppe zu Fragen der Teilhabe von Menschen mit geistiger und/oder komplexer Behinderung in verschiedenen Lebensbereichen geforscht.
Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst:
Die Planung, Vorbereitung, eigenständige Durchführung und Begleitung und Auswertung von wissenschaftlichen Untersuchungen/Forschungsprojekten
Präsentationen auf nationalen und internationalen Konferenzen
Planung, Beantragung, Durchführung und Berichterstattung von Drittmittelprojekten
Konzeption und Durchführung von Forschungsarbeiten zur eigenen wissenschaftlichen Weiterqualifikation (mit Passung zu den inhaltlichen Schwerpunkten des Arbeitsbereichs)
eine Lehrverpflichtung im Umfang von derzeit 3 LVS
die Betreuung von Studierenden, Abnahme von Prüfungen und Qualifikationsarbeiten, Weiterentwicklung des Studienangebotes und die Übernahme von Aufgaben in der akademischen Selbstverwaltung sowie
die Pflege des regionalen und internationalen Kooperationsnetzwerkes der Arbeitsgruppe.
Voraussetzungen sind:
Eine abgeschlossene Promotion in Sonderpädagogik, (Entwicklungs-)Psychologie, Erziehungswissenschaft oder vergleichbaren Forschungsfeldern
ein abgeschlossenes wissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium (Master of Education, Master of Arts, Staatsexamen, Diplom (Uni) oder vergleichbarer (internationaler) Abschluss) in der Sonderpädagogik oder einem inhaltlich vergleichbaren Studiengang (z.
Erziehungswissenschaft, Psychologie, Rehabilitationspädagogik)
theoretische, empirische und praxisrelevante Kenntnisse zu den o.
g.
Arbeits- und Forschungsfeldern
Erfahrungen in der Hochschullehre
sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der qualitativen und/oder quantitativen Forschungsmethoden inkl.
gängiger Auswertungssoftware sowie die Bereitschaft, sich in weitere Bereiche eigenständig einzuarbeiten
sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Vorausgesetzt wird zudem eine selbstständige, gewissenhafte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise.
